Be Aware that Abundance Is Your Nature
Deal with Everything You Believe Abundance Is Not
I’ve been relistening to a webcast from Panache Desai, my older brother on this journey, this morning, and I’d like to share a paraphrase of one of his sharings:
Every single one of you is absolutely abundant. Abundance is your nature. How you authentically access and live in that abundance is by dealing with everything that you believe abundance is not and by addressing everything within you and your life that is not abundance.
Abundance Mirror Exercise
We are encultured to note, complain about, correct, and cry out for what we don’t have. So, how can we address everything within our lives that is not abundance, in our view? The best exercise I know of to address the fact that no one teaches us how to do our part in allowing abundance into our lives is called, “the mirror exercise.”
Look yourself in the eye in the mirror and say, “I am not worthy. I am not good enough. I am unlovable.” Repeat these three statements about 20 times, as you continue to look yourself in the eye in the mirror.
All of the blocks you have accepted in your life to your abundance will arise from your unconsciousness. (These are the unconscious conversations you have that stop you from receiving and perceiving Divine abundance.) So, if anger, sadness, grief, frustration, and so on come up, just breath into it. If you allow yourself to feel these emotions without suppressing them, they will flow out into the Universe and their power over you will dissipate. After you complete the exercise, go for a walk and let Nature refresh you. Do this exercise daily until you can do the exercise without an emotional charge coming up.
A Little Willingness to Meet the Divine
It’s been my experience that if you show a little willingness to meet the Divine and do a little exploration every day, measurable miracles occur. For example, as I’ve been doing this work, there have been several incidents where I have had instantaneous manifestation. Although I have many examples of improvements in my income and resources, my favorite story occurred when my roommate and I were out in Nature. It was raining on one side of the path and sunny on the other. I said to him, “Well, when there is rain and sun, there’s always a rainbow. Where’s my rainbow?” Within 30 seconds, a beautiful rainbow painted itself across the sky.
