Treat It with a Healing Smoothie
Without your body, you wouldn’t be able to communicate with others. Mobility would be an issue for you. Too, your body reflects to the world the identity you currently are playing with. Since your body is such a valued partner, why not give it the fuel it needs by treating it to a Healing Smoothie?
Smoothies come in all flavors, and it’s interesting to research various smoothie recipes and how they support the body. For example, when I want something raw, I like Smoothie Formulas, a book that was introduced to me by my QiGong instructor, Jeff Primack of Supreme Science QiGong. But the following recipe is my go-to healing smoothie, as it’s high in nutrition and tastes very good. I buy organic fruit when it is in season and freeze it in quart size freezer bags. For fruits like berries, I freeze them individually on a tray and then bag a cup at a time after they are frozen. With respect to capsules, I open the capsules and empty them into the blender.
Healing Smoothie Recipe
Put the following in a blender:
- 1 cup frozen organic fruit
- 1-2 cups liquid ( any combination of cooled herbal tea; pure water; coconut, rice, or almond milk)
- Approximately 1 tsp liquid or several capsules of good probiotics (follow recommendations on the product) It’s worth finding a good soil-based probiotic product.
- Local, raw, wild-crafted honey to taste
- 1 scoop Clear-Vite PSF
- 1 scoop of Warrior Blend Raw Protein Plant-Based (I like vanilla because the fruit add flavor.)
- 1 scoop Sun Warrior Ormus Super Greens
Blend for 30 seconds and then use a spatula to scrape down the sides of your blender container. If the blender is efforting, add more liquid. Blend for up to another 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy. To get every bit of the nutrition for this healing smoothie, drink as soon as possible and don’t let it sit.
