Nature teaches us everything we need to know about actualization. So, when I received this message, Lunar Cycles Effect Actualization, I thought you could benefit from the reminder, too.
Is There a Good Time to Actualize?
Nature is an integral part of actualizing your choices and preferences. So, observing and following Her model only makes sense. One way you can do this is to follow the Lunar cycles so that you are in cooperation with the manifestation process that is already established in your world.
Why Should I Follow the Lunar Cycle?
Nature basically uses Her energies in three different ways in order to manifest your desires:
- Activity
- Rest
- Receptivity
These three processes cycle, and the Moon is the easiest model to observe and understand how energy ebbs and flows in Nature. Think of it this way – acting on a day where the energies are aligned with activity is easier than taking action on a day where releasing or resting is more appropriate. Too, you can receive your good more easily on days where receptivity for the planet and everyone who lives here peaks (when everything is at rest). This is why we encourage seekers to follow the Moon cycles. They are guides to help you effectively organize your time and how you spend it.
How Do I Follow the Lunar Cycles?
We, therefore, encourage you to get a Lunar calendar and follow the phases of the Moon with at least this general rule of thumb.
New Moon to Full Moon
From the New Moon to the Full Moon, use this time to communicate your preferences and build the energy for actualizing your choices (treasure mapping, writing your ideal day, mental rehearsal). You can begin to read more about these activities in my post, Where Do You Focus?. Energy building culminates on the full moon, and this is a good time to release your desires in gratitude to the Universe so that they can manifest.
Full Moon to New Moon
From the Full Moon to the New Moon, use this time to release that which no longer serves you, review your progress, and start to relax. This is a time of introspection and observing feedback for the work you did earlier in the Lunar cycle.
Dark of the Moon
Finally, the dark of the moon is when Nature is at rest. This would be a good time for you to chill out. Remember, you aren’t open to receive when you are active. You are most receptive when you are in a calm, peaceful, resting state.
For More Research
Of course, all aspects of the Moon cycle are interesting and can be studied in more detail. I like Kimberly Peta Dewherst’s’ concise explanation quite a bit, as a good place to begin your research on how Lunar cycles effect actualization.
